Process Safety ————
Safety is fundamental to Provantage Engineering’s process engineering approach. Whether developing safe designs for new facilities or identifying and reducing risks in existing plants, we embed process safety principles throughout project and operational activities.
Provantage Engineering supports risk identification and reduction to SFAIRP and advises on compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, with particular experience supporting operators subject to Major Hazard Facility (MHF) regulations.
We have extensive experience in flare and depressurising system design and provide practical fire and gas engineering support aligned with international codes and standards. This includes input to fire risk considerations, specification and layout of fire and gas detection systems, and review of fire protection system design and equipment performance testing.
