ALEX RUDD
Director / Principal Process Engineer
Alex is a Principal Process Engineer with more than 20 years of engineering experience. Experienced in all aspects of process engineering design, he specialises in process simulation & relief and flare system design. Alex has gained extensive international and local experience, having worked in the UK, Australia, South Korea and New Zealand. His capabilities extend across all project phases from concept through to construction.
KEVIN HAYTON
Principal Control Systems / Functional Safety Engineer
Kevin is a control and safety systems engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in automation and safety system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance and functional safety. He has extensive experience working in New Zealand, the UK and South Africa. Kevin has worked across several industry sectors including Food & Beverage, Military, Forestry and Oil & Gas.
RICK PALMER
Principal Machinery Engineer
Rick has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, the last 20 years as a Machinery Engineer. He has a wide range of rotating equipment experience in Oil and Gas applications including gas processing, water reinjection, wellhead compression, pipeline compressors and multiphase pumps. He has extensive international and local experience in all facets of project development from concept selection to installation and commissioning on both greenfield and brownfield projects. He has worked in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and South-East Asia.
CAYLEA RUDD
Senior Process Engineer
Caylea is a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience, having worked locally in New Plymouth, as well as internationally in London and Melbourne. Experienced in various aspects of process engineering, Caylea has worked in process engineering design and with multiple clients on secondment. She has a range of project knowledge having worked on all project phases as well as on safety case assessments throughout her process engineering career.
STUART FREW
Principal Process Engineer
Stuart is a Principal Process Engineer with over 20 years’ experience working for operating companies and engineering consultancies in NZ and the UK. Most of Stuart’s experience has been gained in Oil and Gas however he started his career with several years in the Pulp & Paper and Timber Processing industries. Stuart also has 5 years’ experience as Front-End Engineer managing engineering and nontechnical studies for major capital projects in the oil and gas industry. Stuart has specific expertise in modelling and optimisation of multiphase pipeline systems in addition to broad process engineering experience through all project phases.
CHRISTOPHE MASSA
Senior Instrument and Control Engineer
Christophe is a Senior Instrument and Control Engineer with 20 years of experience, the last 10 years as a project Lead I,C & E Engineer. Having a wide range of I,C & E expertise, he specialises in field instrumentation and control systems. Christophe has gained extensive international and local experience, having worked across several industries in Europe and New Zealand. His capabilities extend across all project phases from concept selection to commissioning.
ENRICO GROND
Senior Process / Project Engineer
A Senior Process Engineer, Enrico has extensive expertise in front-end project management and concept development, as well as technical expertise in various aspects of process engineering design from front-end design to detailed design specialising in relief systems. He has worked as a project lead/manager within a dedicated front-end team as well as being the technical process engineering resource, in both the chemical industry and the oil and gas industry.
